The Max value for WASH is a 4 year project being implemented in Bangladesh with the objective of reducing child mortality by providing access to safe drinking water, sanitation and hygiene education (WASH) including primary healthcare for 800.000 people in the rural areas of the coastal district in the south of Bangladesh..

- CDSP IV (Char Development and Settlement Project IV)
This project focuses on the integrated development of five ‘chars’ (newly accreted lands) in the coastal area. The project funds construction of basic infrastructure (embankments, canals, minor roads, bridges, cyclone shelters, foreshore plantations), the formation of participatory Water Management Groups (WMG), and the provision of land title deeds , and agricultural extension services to local settlers in southern districts.

- SaFal (Sustainable Agriculture, Food Security and Linkages):
The SaFaL project assists farmers in becoming effective agricultural entrepreneurs in aquaculture, horticulture and dairy production. It assists in increasing farm productivity through integrated sustainable farming systems suitable for the ecology of the south west. The project makes the farmers part of sustainable local, national and international value chains, by linking them up to private sector actors.

- Blue Gold Program
The overall objective of the Blue Gold Program is to reduce poverty in the coastal areaby sustainable development of the polders through effective community participation, effective use of the water resources, protection against flooding, and strengthening livelihoods through improved productivity of crops, fishery & livestock in the polders. The project aims for nearly 100% coverage for drinking water and sanitation in the project area, and prioritises sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), balanced nutrition, and good governance in its interventions.

- Urban Dredging Demonstration Project (UDDP)
The objective of the Urban Dredging Demonstration Project (UDDP) is to reduce floods in the urban areas of Dhaka by:
1) Demonstration of dredging technologies for urban drains and dissemination of dredging expertise to the drainage department of DWASA;
2) Improvement of the capacity of DWASA to carry out drainage operation and;
3) Development of stakeholders’ awareness and knowledge of the functions of the urban drainage system, and promote behavioral change to facilitate DWASA’s drainage and dredging services.

- PaCT- Partnership for Cleaner Textile
PaCT aims to reduce environmental and related social impacts that result from prevailing practices in textile wet processing, particularly excessive groundwater extraction and surface water pollution, as well as energy and chemical use. The project aims to introduce Cleaner Production (CP) concepts to 500 factories, help 200 factories to implement low- or no-cost Cleaner Production, and work with 100 factories to create bankable CP technology investment plans, and facilitate access to finance for this investment.

- World Food Programme- Scaling up Rice Fortification in Bangladesh
The overall objective of the Rice Fortification Programme is to reduce micronutrient deficiencies in high-risk groups in Bangladesh, with a strong focus on women and children and, through that, to contribute to the empowerment of women.

- BRAC WASH II
The second and final phase of the BRAC Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programme aims to contribute to the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by providing integrated water services, sanitation and hygiene promotion expanding to hard‐to‐reach areas and to under-served populations in collaboration with government and other stakeholders, while continuing reinforcing gains made in the original WASH I areas. - Bangladesh Delta Plan (BDP) 2100
The overall objective of the project on the formulation of the BDP 2100 is to realize a sustainable and commonly agreed upon strategy, with all relevant stakeholders, for an optimum level of water safety and food security as well as sustained economic growth of Bangladesh and a framework for its implementation. As such the BDP 2100 will contribute to the overall development of Bangladesh and needs to be incorporated in the 7th and subsequent Five Year Plans of Bangladesh.

- South West Project
The overall objective of the project is to enhance economic growth and reduce poverty in the rural areas of selected districts in the southwest region of Bangladesh (Faridpur, Gopalganj, Jessore, Magura, Narail, Rajbari and Shariatpur). The specific objective is to enhance the productivity and sustainability of selected low performing Flood Control and Drainage/Irrigation (FCD/I) systems, to reduce incidence of poverty, as well as strengthen therelevant institutions delivering appropriate services to stakeholders in these areas.
