Swandipta Sadique

Swandipta completed her BSS and MSS degree from the department of Women and Gender Studies of University of Dhaka.

Prior to Joining GWA-B, she worked as a Research Assistant in World Fish in gendered study of the Ecofish baseline survey. Before that, she worked as a consultant of UN women in the BRIDGE training the facilitators programme. Before being a consultant, she worked as an intern in UN Women.

During her professional career, Swandinpta has worked on a number of gender based research, training programme and programme management.  She worked on Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction, Gender and IWRM in her career. She has taken part in organizing and facilitating several training programmes on climate change, disaster risk reduction and election & governance where gender is a cross cutting factor. She also took part in developing action plan in different organization in terms of gendered inclusion.
